Partner disclosure
Last updated October 11, 2026
HaulCaptain earns its living from dispatch fees. A few pages also point to partner companies, and we may be paid when you sign up with them through our links. Here's every relationship, in plain words.
RTS Financial (factoring)
We refer carriers to RTS Financial and may be paid for referrals. If you request a factoring quote on our site, we pass your request to RTS Financial, which contacts you directly. Factoring terms, rates and approval are set by RTS Financial. Using factoring is never required to work with our dispatch desk.
Vertical Identity (DOT drug and alcohol testing)
We may earn a referral fee when a carrier enrolls with Vertical Identity's consortium through our link. DOT drug and alcohol testing applies to carriers with drivers who need a CDL, including owner-operators who drive under their own authority. Non-CDL box trucks and hotshots aren't in DOT testing, and we say so wherever the offer appears.
TruckClub (breakdown protection)
We may earn a referral fee when a carrier buys a plan from TruckClub through our link. TruckClub sells breakdown protection, a truck warranty plan; it isn't insurance and doesn't replace any insurance a carrier is required to carry.
What this means for you
- It never changes your price.
- We only show a partner where it fits the reader of that page.
- Partner links are labeled and go through our own redirect pages, marked as sponsored.
- Partners don't review, approve or pay for our playbooks.
Everyone else
We receive nothing from software vendors, lenders, franchisors, insurers or any other company named in our playbooks and tools unless it's listed on this page. HaulCaptain is a private dispatch service. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, software vendor, insurance agency or government agency, and we are not affiliated with any company named in our guides.
